Welcome to my website and thank you so much for visiting. I am Emily, founder and raw chocolate maker at ‘As Raw As’. My husband and I have four children: Max, George, Tabitha, and Hector. Their health, well-being, and my love of chocolate are at the very heart of why I started ‘As Raw As’. Seeing them enjoy what I have been creating using only natural ingredients, has been the most wonderful delight to me. The realization that it is possible to provide delicious treats that not only hit the spot with their taste buds but also nourish their bodies is very satisfying. It is due to them and so many of my friends that ‘As Raw As’ came about. Everyone has been so amazingly supportive and encouraged me to turn my passion for creating raw chocolate into a business that I can share with everyone.
‘As Raw As' chocolate is only made with organic and ethically sourced ingredients. It is lovingly handmade in small batches to ensure the highest possible quality in my dedicated kitchen in the heart of Somerset. All of my products are made without using any Dairy, Refined Sugars, Gluten, Soy, or anything artificial. They are also vegan-friendly.
.I love to experiment with different textures and natural flavors and all my nuts and seeds are activated, meaning the wonderful nutrients they possess are made more easily available for your body to digest and absorb. My chocolate is made using unroasted cacao to keep all the beautiful mineral properties intact to be as nutritious and delicious as possible. I look forward to sharing many more exciting products with you as they develop..

I am also now running workshops from my Chocolate Kitchen so you can come along and enjoy learning about and creating your masterpieces! As Raw As supports www.onetreeplanted.org and www.sourcecacao.com every order helps to reforest the planet and also directly supports the cacao farmers who work so hard to grow the amazing cacao plants in increasingly more challenging circumstances.
